The organisation has been going through some changes and as a result it will emerge as a Charity with a trading arm registered as a Community Interest Company [CIC].
The viability study completed in 2010 shows that the long-term strategy of the centre is sound and could even provide a template for other centres nationwide.
Our plan is to start small.
We'll do whatever is needed to get the doors open to residents. After we've got our lease and our insurance...
1.Remodel the loo by the office and convert it for disabled use.
2. Tea & coffee-making facilities.
Move in - and get DOING: because building a flourishing community is everybody's business. |
