Our business consultant used data to arrive at the following two scenarios:-

1. Based on Bid Price of £250,000
    - Produces better than break-even figures in years 2&3
2. Based on FULL asking Price of £678,000
    - Borrowing on

We already have a remarkable £15k in pledges but we need more.
Increasing the sales of shares will serve to gain greater leverage - financial, and human weight of support is essential .

Failure to attract the financial evidence is an argument which the Local Authority will arrive at in order to push for demolition of the site, for housing.
Building houses is counter productive. ACC Ltd will use the site to strengthen families and communities, from the bottom up, which REDUCES the need for social housing.
Please keep in mind that ACC Ltd has a clear vision to develop as a Community Land Trust. The foundation already exists upon which to actively work at tackling affordable homes issues, including homeless and local first time buyers.


                      * March 2008  Campaign Update *
Team members are building greater local focus around the Campaign.
In collaboration with MONTV, ACC Ltd produced a short awareness raiging film that was shown at an open public presentation on 6/5/08.

The film now has an organic role to play locally before it goes under the microscope to ensure a hand-crafted, needs-based film arrives on the desks of Grant-Making Trusts and ethical lenders.
